Children with Visual Disability are Trained to Play Music

Children with visual disability in Bina Netra Cahaya Bathin Social Institution owned by Jakarta Social Dept. get art training music studio oriented from Musik Anak Negeri Foundation.

Training is planned will be held until next April 2017.

Bina Netra Cahaya Bathin Social Institution Head, Mukhlisin, said that during training, visual disabled children will be trained to play music instruments like drum, piano, guitar, bass, vocal, and keyboard.

"We cooperate to train the visual disabled children," he said on Tuesday (1/31).

He explained that they give the training to make visual disabled children can cooperate and collaborate together in performing arts next May at Sarinah Ekosistem Building.

"They are really happy because they can learn music from their senior," he expressed.

According to Mukhlisin, in the early stage, there will be 11 children that will join in that concert. Children which are chosen to join the concert are the talented children in arts.

"Hopefully in the future, they can be more professional in playing music," he closed.
